Further tests on a tension rope after ten years of service

Our paper at the OIPEEC Round Table of Zürich, September 1989, illustrated the results of a research carried out at Turin Politecnico over a period of twelve years on a tension rope employed in various facilities [1]. We are now informing about further tests an the fatigue behaviour of the used rope in testing conditions as close as possible with the service ones.
