Report concerning the proposition of researches on wire

During the meeting held in Paris on the 22nd of June, we have not got to any conclusion about the program of researches on wires meanwhile we settled to the following resolution. "Those who make researches on the wires and have some subject of study to propose will write to the Provisional Secretariate before the 1st of September. The Secretariate will draw up a report with the work proposition on which the members will give their opinion before the next meeting".
