Report on Theme F: «Safety of ropes: present regulations, future trends, new criteria

I would like to express my gratitude to the organizing committee for enabling me , as the representative of the Inspectorate of Mine safety, to present the papers contained in this topical  group . The Inspectorate of Mines Safety in every country is a collecting center of the scientific research results to use them in the enforcement of the optimum , safe working conditions, I hope to consider an answer to the problems put in the title of this paper group as the indications for the development and amendments of the regulations, which deal with ropes used in mines .
