W.P.2 OIPEEC - Recommendations

ln the meeting of OIPEEC in Stuttgart October 12th and 13th 1988 the management board decided to publish all the existing OIPEEC Recommendations in a new edition. We hope these recommendations will make a contribution to our common work. Everybody is invited to give proposals for further helpful recommendations.
