Working Group C Discarding criteria and non destructive methods

By the sudden death of Professor Juliusz Stachurski the working group C has lost its reporter. Due to other engagements the co-reporter, Dr. Ulrich, could not continuously hold up-right the contact to the other members of the working group . So in this report only informations can be given on research
and results which are achieved by working in the co-reporter's own Institute, the "Seilprüfstelle".
