Working Groups Endurance procedures with their practical applications

In Bulletin 48 /1/ the working group B 2 presented three drafts of definitions of simple and reverse bending and of bending length and of bending cycles. In addition to these a fourth definition has worked out defining conditions of wire rope bending fatigue tests. During the last months the working group B 2 finished her work on these definitions with some small corrections. In his last meeting in London 30th May 1986 the management board of OIPEEC decided to publish these definitions as OIPEEC Recommendations. OIPEEC has with this name the possibility to bring out definitions and other regulations.
