A new testing equipment in Bochum

The "Seilprüfstelle - Institut für Fordertechnik und Werkstoffkunde" of the Westfälische Berggewerkschaftskasse in Bochum, founded in 1903, managed by Dr. Ing. Erwin Hailbach, has sent some informations with the following report on a new winding rope prestressing rig, recently installed in its Laboratories.
