Check on the Validity of the Miner's Hypothesis for Tension-Tension Fatigue

The goal of this research is to verify the application of Miner's hypothesis for cumulative damage to tension-tension fatigue tests with block loading programmes. A programme for this kind of research has been prepared by Prof. C. R. Chaplin, coordinator of W.G. 3 of OIPEEC, and was published in Bulletin 56, Nov., 1988.
