W.P.3 OIPEEC Working Group-Offshore applications Programme on cumulative damage in tensile fatigue

In OIPEEC Bulletin N° 55 details were given of a proposal for a co-ordinated study of Tension-Tension fatigue. The working group has now finalised these details which are set out below. Three institutions are currently participating: Technical University Delft, Politecnico di Torino and University of Reading.
